The 5-Year Promise applies to all mirrors purchased directly from LunaMirror through our official website on or after January 1, 2026.
- One renewal per household
Each household is entitled to one renewal only, regardless of the number of mirrors purchased. This helps keep the promise fair and sustainable for everyone.
- What the renewal includes
In the fifth year, your renewal includes one free replacement mirror.
You may choose a replacement of equal or lower value than your original product.
- No return required
You keep your original mirror. We will never ask you to send it back, and no proof of damage or wear is required.

The replacement mirror is provided completely free of charge, with standard delivery included.
