This website is operated by Lunamirror. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lunamirror. Lunamirror offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 2 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods physically. To exercise this right, you must inform us via a clear statement (e.g., an email to support@lunamirror.com). We will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your notification.

SECTION 3 - PRICING AND VAT

For customers within the EU and UK, the prices displayed on the Services include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the applicable rate. Shipping costs and any other additional charges will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.

SECTION 4 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any matter in respect of which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or restrict liability under applicable consumer protection laws.


RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. 30-DAY RETURN GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the mirror must be:

  • In its original condition: Unused, unmounted, and undamaged.

  • In original packaging: All protective foam and boxing must be intact.

  • Complete: Including all accessories and hardware.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN

Contact us at support@lunamirror.com with your order number. Once approved, we will provide a Return Shipping Label and the correct return address. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your mirror within 48 hours of delivery. If the item is shattered, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with clear photos of the product and packaging for a priority replacement or refund.

4. REFUNDS

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the credit.

7. SHIPPING POLICY

  • Standard Shipping: Delivers within 7-15 business days. Free shipping on orders over a certain amount (if applicable).

  • Express Shipping: Delivers within 3-5 business days for urgent orders (additional fees apply).

  • Order Tracking: A tracking number will be provided via email once your package has been shipped, allowing you to track your delivery status at any time.
