SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. DELIVERY AREAS & SHIPPING COSTS

We provide Free Insured Delivery to the UK and most European countries. There are no hidden shipping fees and no minimum spend required for standard delivery to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom: Mainland UK.

  • European Union: France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Sweden, Ireland, Czech Republic, Portugal, Finland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Greece, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Bulgaria, Latvia.

  • Note: For remote islands or territories outside mainland Europe not listed above, shipping costs (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg: 2–5 business days.

  • Germany, France, Austria, Poland, Czech Republic: 3–7 business days.

  • Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden, Ireland, Portugal: 5–9 business days.

  • Rest of EU: 7–12 business days.

3. DELAY & LOST PACKAGE PROTOCOL

A package is considered "delayed" if it has not arrived 5 business days after the maximum estimated delivery date.

  • Investigation: Upon contacting support@lunamirror.com, we will initiate an investigation with the carrier (typically resolved within 1-2 business days).

  • Compensation: If the package is confirmed lost or remains undelivered after the investigation, we offer you a choice of an immediate free replacement (sent via express) or a full refund.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking and ensure the delivery address is accessible.

5. INSPECTION & DAMAGE GUARANTEE

Our mirrors are shipped in reinforced packaging; however, due to the fragile nature of the product, please inspect your item upon arrival.

  • Reporting Damage: If your mirror arrives damaged, you must contact us at support@lunamirror.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Evidence: Please provide photos of the damage and the packaging.

  • Resolution: Valid damage claims will be resolved with a free replacement under our Free Replacement Guarantee.
