TERMS OF SERVICE (EU/UK COMPLIANT)

OVERVIEW This website is operated by Lunamirror. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lunamirror. Lunamirror offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

SECTION 1 - ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence. You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information for all purchases. We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

SECTION 2 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD)

If you are a consumer residing in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.

  • Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party indicated by you, receives the goods physically.

  • Notification: To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision via a clear statement (e.g., an email to lunamirrorstore@gmail.com).

  • Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.

  • Return Cost: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are faulty.

SECTION 3 - PRODUCTS AND PRICING

  • Accuracy: We strive to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

  • Pricing: For customers within the EU/UK, the prices displayed include VAT at the applicable rate but exclude shipping costs, which are clearly displayed before you finalize your order.

  • Corrections: We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or descriptions. If an order is affected by a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel.

SECTION 4 - ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CONTRACT

The presentation of products in our store does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. A binding contract is only formed when we send you a Shipping Confirmation email.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We will deliver the goods without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract, unless a different delivery time is agreed upon. Risk of loss passes to you when you (or a third party designated by you) take physical possession of the goods.

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify, and your data may be transferred outside the EEA (e.g., to the USA) under strict legal safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) to ensure your data remains protected.

SECTION 9 - ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR)

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution, which you can access here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in an alternative dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
